Tracey was very helpful discussing what I might need, informative, if my cleaner was ever unavailable Tracey let me know in advance and offered an alternative!My cleaner has been Sue - Sue is a lovely lady, she does a good job of the cleaning and has a generally positive demeanour, I look forward to her cleans as if I have time we have a bit of a natter about the world and life! She’s very lovely and I will miss her. I’m moving out of the area unfortunately but can recommend Suffolk maids to anyone looking at getting a bit of help around the house.

Excellent from the moment of first contact! I couldn’t be happier with the service my Mum has received from Suffolk Maids. Mum’s housekeeper is wonderful, quickly building a friendly and secure professional relationship. The house was tired, unkempt and dusty before Suffolk Maids started and it is now bright, clean and well-cared for. Communication at all levels is outstanding and I can’t recommend this service highly enough!

After a number of less than positive experiences trying to find reliable cleaners, working with Suffolk Maids has been fantastic. I really appreciated dealing with Tracey at the beginning and her reassurance that any issues I could go straight to her….but in fact there haven’t been any.Erin has been a pleasure to work with. Incredibly hard working, diligent and utterly reliable.

Absolutely zero complaints. Very reasonable on price. In almost 2 years, I've had to be flexible for my assigned cleaner once. Always on time, always friendly and she likes my pets. Despite the extra work they make for her with fur!And on the few occasions I haven't been home, has happily accommodated letting the dog out for me. Even accepting that an excited wee for a young dog is understandable.Very happy household here.

We very much appreciate the service we receive from our lovely Maggie. She turns up on a Friday and is always full of smiles and we catch up with our week. We originally took her on when I broke my arm and after I was healed we decided we loved having her, so we continued to have her clean for us. She keeps us clean and tidy and my husband says he now has two women nagging him! She is an excellent worker.
